Evaporative Condensers Configuration and Technical Performance
The evaporative condensers main machine consists of shell, cooling coils, air discharge system, spray system, drift Eliminator and water basin etc.
- Shell:The evaporative condensers shell is made of alum-zink galvanized plate. The machining by digitally controlled equipments requires no welding and makes outside appearance smooth and aesthetic looking.
- Cooling coil: The cooling coil, as core part of the evaporative condenser, realizes heat rejection via wind and water cooling effect; KEJU cooling coil adopts high-quality seamless steel coils with thickness of∮=25mm. the design pressure is 1.97Mpa.all the coils have been pneumatically tested 3 times at 2.5Mpa to avoid being rotten. It requires no fins and guarantees perfect cooling effect. 3 times leak tests in 10 bars are carried out for guarantee of air-tightness.
- Wind System: Main function of this is to discharge the saturated hot air inside the cooling tower. It’s made of air inlet louvers, fan, fan cylinder and protection grid etc.
